35 Week Ultrasound

Wow!! I can't believe that we made it this far...This ultrasound showed us that both babies are over 5lbs. YEAH!!! The biggest surprise was that Emma flipped, once again, and is head down. She had better stay there. Her and Ella are head to head and ready to come out. This would be great if Jessika could deliver vaginally. Jessika is starting to dilate and is stuck at 2. The girls are ready to come out. It will be any day now!!!! They are ready to see their mommy and daddy!

33 Week Ultrasound

Well, we had another ultrasound yesterday and I was a little nervous to see if Baby A was still growing. And much to our surprise they are both growing at the same rate. Ella weighs 3.13lbs and Emma weighs 4.11lbs. They are doing very well. We are hoping that the doctor still delivers Jessika at 36 weeks if she doesn't go into labor by then. Wow, It just doesn't seem like we are going to be parents in a few weeks. I can't wait to see Rick's face when he sees our little girls. He will be wrapped around their little fingers from the beginning!!!!!

32 Week Ultrasound

We had our ultrasound this week and Ella (Baby A) weighs 3.4lbs and Emma (Baby B) weighs 4.2lbs. We are a little concerned about Ella weighing so much less than Emma. The doctor recommended that Jessika be monitored 3 days a week and ultrasounds every week from here on out. If she does not go into labor within the next four weeks, the doctors want the babies delivered at 36 weeks because of the difference in size. I cannot believe our dreams will finally come true in four weeks. We have waited sooooo long for this moment. We finally got some good pictures of Ella. She was moving her head up and down and puckering her lips for us. Ella is head down and Emma has flipped.....again. She will be our little gymnast. Her butt was in Ella's face. She is a little stinker. Our next ultrasound is next Wednesday. We have to keep an eye on Ella and make sure she keeps growing.
